General Terms and Conditions of Lago & Urdaneta Custom Shop

Introduction

1. Terms of Use

  • Users must not be located in countries subject to U.S. government embargoes or designated as supporting terrorism.
  • Users must not appear on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Account Registration: To access services, users must create an account, providing complete and accurate information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must notify the Owner immediately if any unauthorized access occurs.

Account Suspension or Termination: The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts at its discretion if terms are violated. No compensation or refund is provided for such actions.

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on Lago & Urdaneta Custom Shop is owned by the Owner or its licensors. Users are prohibited from:

3. Product Terms and Conditions

Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • Users will be informed of all charges, including shipping, before completing a purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party services. Lago & Urdaneta Custom Shop does not store payment details.

Reservation of Ownership: Ownership of products transfers to the user only upon full payment of the purchase price.

 

4. Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

  • Products are delivered to the address provided by the user. Users must inspect deliveries and report issues immediately.
  • If delivery fails due to user error, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without providing a reason, except for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products altered after purchase (e.g., sanding, drilling, or painting).

Return Costs:

  • Return shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by the user.
  • Refunds include product price and standard shipping costs but exclude additional fees for premium delivery options.

Returns and Refunds: Products must be returned in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Warranty: Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are void for improper handling, misuse, or alterations after delivery.

Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection laws. Key points include:
